   • Researching potential filming locations based on the Client's specifications.
   • Conducting site visits and providing detailed location reports with photographs and descriptions.
   • Negotiating location agreements and securing permits.
   • Providing logistical support and coordination.
2. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide the Company with clear and accurate information regarding the project's requirements, including but not limited to:
   • Detailed location specifications (e.g., type of location, size, style, accessibility).
   • Budgetary constraints.
   • Project timelines and deadlines.
   • Contact information for key personnel.
3. Fees and Payment: The fees for the services provided by Atlanta Location Scouts will be outlined in the separate proposal or statement of work. Payment terms are as follows:
